Who actually administers the drip?

Every Emet drip is administered by a licensed Nurse Practitioner or Registered Nurse. Never a tech, never an unsupervised assistant. Our practice operates under the medical direction of a collaborating physician.

When administered by trained clinicians using sterile technique, IV therapy has a strong safety record. Like any medical procedure, there are minor risks — most commonly bruising at the IV site or a brief lightheaded feeling when the IV starts. Your provider reviews your full health history before starting any drip.

Most clients feel great. Some experience a temporary cool sensation as the fluids enter, a vitamin taste in the mouth (especially with B-Complex or B12), or mild bruising at the IV site. Serious reactions are rare. Your provider will discuss specific risks for your selected drip on-site.

Yes. We use hospital-grade, single-use, sealed supplies for every visit — opened in front of you. Sharps and biohazard waste are removed by your provider at the end of the appointment.

All vitamins, electrolytes, and IV fluids are sourced from licensed compounding pharmacies that follow USP and state regulatory standards. Your provider can answer specific questions about any ingredient at the visit.

How long does an appointment take?

Standard drips run 45 to 60 minutes from start to finish, including setup and intake. Vitamin shots take 5 to 10 minutes. NAD+ runs 2 to 6 hours depending on dose.

Most clients book at home or at a hotel. We also serve offices, vacation rentals, gyms, sets, and event venues — anywhere with a comfortable spot and reasonable privacy.

Eat a normal meal beforehand, hydrate as you usually would, and wear something with sleeves that roll up easily. That’s it.

Yes. Most clients do. We set up around you and keep your dominant arm free.

How do I book?

Use our online booking system or text 818-683-2511. Same-day appointments are usually available.

Mobile IV therapy is a wellness service and is generally not covered by health insurance. We accept all major credit cards, HSA, and FSA where applicable.

Cancel or reschedule up to 4 hours before your appointment at no charge. Late cancellations and same-day no-shows are subject to a $75 fee. Full policy is shown at checkout.

No travel fees within our standard service area. Locations outside our service area may be available by request, with a custom travel fee quoted in advance.

Is there a minimum age?

We treat clients age 18 and older. Minors are not eligible at this time.

Yes. Active infections, certain cardiac conditions, kidney disease, fluid-restriction conditions, and certain medications can make IV therapy inappropriate. Your provider reviews your health history at the visit and may decline a drip if it’s not clinically appropriate.

Some drips and shots are appropriate during pregnancy or breastfeeding; others are not. We require an OB or midwife clearance for any IV therapy during pregnancy. We do not offer NAD+ during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Do you treat hangovers?

Our Reset and Reset Plus drips are commonly booked the morning after. We don’t market ourselves as a hangover brand, but the same combination of hydration and symptom medications used in clinical settings works whether the underlying cause is travel, training, or last night.

Yes. Our GLP-1 drip is built specifically for nausea, fatigue, and dehydration that often come with the first weeks of GLP-1 therapy or with dose increases. Many clients book the day of their injection or the day after.

Yes — by appointment after a brief phone consultation. NAD+ is a multi-hour treatment that requires clinical screening, and we don’t book first-time clients into the higher dose tiers. See our NAD+ page for details.

Yes, with proper screening. We require recent labs (CBC, ferritin, TIBC) before scheduling. This is a clinical procedure with real adverse-event risk, and we won’t book it without lab review.
