A typical Emet visit takes about an hour from arrival to wrap-up. Here’s exactly what happens, step by step.
The full process
Book your visit
Use our online booking system to choose your drip, time, and address. You'll complete a short health intake at checkout — standard medical questions, kept HIPAA-secure. Pay with credit card; HSA/FSA accepted where eligible.
Confirmation & provider assignment
You'll get an email confirmation immediately. Within a couple of hours of your visit, your assigned provider will text you with their ETA and any last-minute logistics.
Provider arrival
Your provider arrives in clinical attire with a discreet medical kit. They check your vitals, review your intake, confirm the drip you booked, discuss any add-ons, and answer questions before anything goes in your arm.
The drip
Most drips run 45 to 60 minutes. NAD+ runs longer (see NAD+ page). Vitamin shots take 5 to 10 minutes. You can sit on the couch, lie in bed, work on a laptop, take a call. We set up around you.
Wrap-up
Your provider removes the IV, checks the site, and gives you brief aftercare notes. You'll receive a digital receipt and visit summary by email.
What we bring
- Sterile, single-use IV supplies
- Vitals equipment — blood pressure cuff, pulse oximeter, thermometer
- Sharps container and biohazard disposal
- All required cleaning and disinfecting supplies
- An IV pole (if needed for your space)
What you provide
- A clean, comfortable spot to sit or lie down
- A small surface within arm's reach for our supplies
- About 60 minutes of relaxed time (longer for NAD+)

Cancellations & rescheduling
Life happens. Cancel or reschedule up to 4 hours before your appointment at no charge. Late cancellations and same-day no-shows are subject to a $75 fee, which covers the supplies we've already prepped and the slot we held for you. Full policy at checkout.
